Blue Streak Racing is happy to announce the purchase of a 3-year old filly by super-sire Candy Ride from the recently completed Keeneland Horses of Racing Age Sale. This filly – named Western Lane – is a product of racing powerhouse Juddmonte Farm (think horses like Frankel, Enable, Mandaloun) and was previously in the barn of top trainer Brad Cox.
Western Lane has run once so far (April 15th, going long on the turf), finishing 8th in an 11 horse field at the prestigious Keeneland Spring meet. We and our team of trainer Natalia Lynch and bloodstock agents Oracle Bloodstock, believe that this horse will mature and continue to improve as she settles into her new home at Belmont Park. She checks all the boxes: athletic, good conformation, and she passed vetting with flying colors.
We have a select few shares of this filly available right now! The anticipated buy-in for a 5% share is $2,500. After that, you only pay your share (5%) of monthly bills. We estimate that to be between $150-$175/month.
