The long, cold winter hasn’t stopped the racing action from being hot! Blue Streak Racing has started the year off great, with four of five starts being in the money.

Speaking of in the money, our latest claim Reiltin Oir finished 3rd in her first start for us at Charles Town. We’re pleased to offer a limited number of shares in this 6-year old daughter of Paynter. Contact us ([email protected]) for more info.

We’re also happy to report that our 3-year old Run Happy filly, Chartreuse, is getting closer to her first start for Jack Hurley at Charles Town. As with Reiltin Oir, we’re going to have a limited number of shares available for those that want to get in on the action of West Virginia racing with Blue Streak Racing. Drop us a line ([email protected]) if you’d like some info.

The Charles Town contingent has been carrying the weight during this winter season, however, as the days lengthen and spring arrives, thoughts turn to New York, Belmont, and hopefully a summer with fans at Saratoga. For Blue Streak Racing, that means the return to training of our now 3-year old Rossa Veloce and the continued development of our 2-year old Ribot’s Valentine.

Both our NY horses have been in Ocala, Florida for the winter and will be shipping north to trainer Ray Handal’s Belmont barn in the next week or so. Although it’s still early in the year, we hope to have a game plan for the spring/summer campaign in the near future. Stay tuned and get on our mailing list for the most up to date info and ownership opportunities!
