Our 2020 yearling purchase, a beautiful filly by Point of Entry (out of the Dixieland Band mare Jazz Dancer), has sold out. We welcome our new partners, and look forward to her progressing from training in Ocala at King’s Equine to the track in New York with trainer Ray Handal.
Blue Streak Racing is a minority owner of another Point of Entry filly, I’llHandalTheCash, who is a stakes winner in New York, also with trainer Ray Handal. As evidenced by the photo below (in which I’m seen petting “Cash”), our soon to be 2-year old bears a striking resemblance to the 4-year old “Cash”. We can only hope she performs as well on the track.
Due to the popularity of yearlings, in 2021 we’ll look to add a second partnership, in the same price range to maximize value for our partners. If you don’t want to wait that long, we’re looking to claim at least one horse in New York during the Aqueduct winter meet, and perhaps more at Charlestown and Tampa Bay Downs.
